Lysa and Bruce invited us to join them for the last two weeks of summer doing what many (or as it seems most) Minnesotans do....hang out at a cabin. At first I was a bit afraid that I might actually get bored sitting around doing nothing. But the cabin experience has exceeded my expectations. We don't have internet access so I won't be able to post pictures for a while, but will do so when we return.
The cabin is about an hour north of Minneapolis. Liem has been able to work remotely or commute with Bruce into work. The experience so far has been something out of a County Time Lemonade commercial. The kids swim in the lake, jump off the dock and have learned to skip stones. Eli even went out on his first canoe ride.
