It was Owen's turn to blow out candles last night. Our celebration had a slight change in plans due to 2 sick younger brothers, but Owen didn't seem to mind. Rather than going to a "resternot" as Owen still calls it, we had take out sushi. And since I didn't have time to make him a baseball birthday cake, we had banana splits instead. Let's hope he stays well for his birthday party this weekend.
Miles has been on the couch for the past 3 days with a bout of pneumonia. We took Eli to the emergency room because his fever spiked and he had a mild seizure. Right now Eli has a virus and we're hoping it doesn't turn into pneumonia as well. Both boys are feeling much better and on the road to recovery.
