Happy Birthday Eli!

One year later

Hard to believe a whole year has passed since Eli was born. He's no longer a baby. He walks, talks and has an opinion. Well, really, he stumbles around, babbles incoherently, and shrieks when he wants something. He's constantly on the go and loves the attention showered on him by Owen and Miles. Last night we had a small birthday party for him. Unfortunately we waited until past bedtime to sing "Happy Birthday", so we didn't capture the million dollar smile and Eli wasn't too impressed with the cake. But he did bask in the glory of the kids chanting "Eli...Eli...Eli..." after the candle was blown out.
