Happy Halloween!

As I sat down to email Halloween pictures I figured I should just set up an easier way for me to keep in touch. I regret not keeping up with everyone as much as I would like, so hopefully now I will be sending updates more often. Thanks, Meg, for showing me the ropes. Hope everyone is doing well!

Here are a few photos from our first night of trick or treating in Minnesota. Owen went as Optimus Prime, the Transformer and Miles was a witch (the Wicked Witch of the East to be exact). I finally understand the purpose of those thick, furry costumes that in Austin would make my kids a sweaty mess by the end of the night. They're best used for trick or treating in 45 degrees, like we did tonight.

We forgot to take pictures of the acutal carving, but here is the finished product. Owen's is the "scary guy" and Miles' is the cat.

The street one block over from us was completely decked out for Halloween. Some people even had small bonfires going for trick or treaters to warm themselves. Here is one of the houses that was decorated for the night.

Hi Michelle! We miss you. Ethan will be jealous of Owen's costume. He wanted to be OP but ended up as Batman. Stay warm. We are freezing here today -- it didn't get out of the 60's!

unless there is a new baby, you better start adding more photos. JT said this blog was "totally awesome!"

Love all of the photos, Michelle! We miss you terribly. [sniff] Your neighborhood looks wonderful and the boys look incredible! It's 87F in our carport right now... We still have the a/c on. LOL Send some of that coldness this way, please!

Love, Andrea Wagnon.
