We spent a couple of days at the Kalahari Indoor Waterpark and Resort in the Wisconsin Dells. It was a treat to wear flip-flops and shorts during our entire stay. If I didn't look out at the corn fields and nearby dairy farms, I would've thought I was in a bona fide beach resort. On our final day there we made a quick stop in the town of Wisconsin Dells to see why it's often called the Las Vegas of Wisconsin. Although we didn't see any casinos, there was a Ripley's Believe it or Not & Wax Museum, as well as a drive in wedding chapel. It reminded me more of Niagra Falls. There were plenty of shops selling salt water taffy and homemade fudge. Overall we had a great time. Owen and Miles are asking when we can go back.
