Do I live in Fargo?

The temperature right now is -7 and the windchill is -28. Some parts of the interstate were closed last night. The morning news called the roads "treacherous". But does that stop the city of Minneapolis? Apparently not. The snow plows and salt trucks are out in full force. School buses are running on time. Forget about calling into work due to the weather. I guess this is just another winter day in Minnesota. Just imagine a scene from the movie "Fargo" and you get the idea what we're living in.
