One For the Record Books

Liem and Owen attempted to break a world record today. Well, they actually helped to break the record. The local Rotary Club organized a bike parade in hopes of setting a new world record for the largest parade of bikes. The cyclists, starting at different times throughout the morning, rode single file around a two mile loop. They were hoping to get 3000+ riders to break the current record of 2152 riders. The Guiness Book of Records had some strict guidelines about who and what kind of bikes could participate. According to the official rules riders had to be 8 years of age or older. Not wanting to lie about his age, Miles chose to stay behind w/ me and Eli.

Hey, it finally looks like spring there. I see green grass and a flowering tree. Yeah!
