Owen had his last Cub Scout meeting for the year where he received his wolf patch. I'm not exactly sure what that means, except that he's happy to have another badge to add to his shirt.
The meeting was a quintessential Boy Scout thing (at least what I always envision when I think of Boy Scouts). The boys hiked around a lake, had a short discussion on what they saw on the hike, and then ended with a cookout/potluck. We forgot our veggie burgers so we just filled up on coleslaw and brownies. This is a picture of the short "ceremony" where Owen got his badge.

Your camping pics are priceless! We used to love to go to Colorado and camp. It has been 106 degrees here with 10% humidity. very dry. Did the hail hurt your roof? Can't believe such weather!
